4x4 orange triangle
As I posted before, my STUPID idea of days since my last problem, I just got the car back from the garage today and as I was riding round this evening a new symbol has appeared, it's an orange triangle with a sort of arrow over the top? I have just today had 2 new rear tyres put on? Could this be to do with it? Also a little side note, as I got out the car when I got back home a note on the dash just popped up saying "translation fail safe prog" does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

Fail safe programme could be the battery, as they had it for so long probably needs a good run or charge

bugger..
just typed that and you got there first..
Could be mis match in tyre running diameter causing confusion (4x4 symbol)
have you tried steering lock to lock might be steering sensor needs 'resetting'
but most prob battery
give it a good charge

If things were meant to be easy, then I will soon complicate them....

But then I could be talking bollox.. O:-)

Cheers guys, I just took it out again as I knew I wouldn't sleep if I didn't. I just battered the motorway and then dived down the back road on the way home, only 20 miles but I went like Hamilton, no warnings, no messages, so am putting it down to low charge like u say, got a trip London tomorrow evening and that's a 200 mile round trip so will report back then
