Is it possible that the lights goes automatically on?

As the law in Bosnia is to have the lights on 24h a day of course when you are driving :D I wonder is there a possibility to manage this like in my other car Mercedes E class,my E53 got a option for automatic powering on the lights but this only works at night or a tunnel.Where is the light sensor ...

I don't know but the yelllow light for the self levelling suspension is on,I also took a look at the sticker on the door and the air pressure in the tires is ok.How to turn the yellow light off?

The tires have the same pressure 2,5bar.Should I change it?
