Launched my ISTA+ to read the codes and run diagnostic procedures. As I get ready the car shakes a bit and you can hear ...

Misfire?
Hi all,
My BMW X5 e53 has got a strange symptom: when start most of the time’s after few seconds of smooth work it starts to sound like it’s not working smoothly anymore, like a misfire. Felt lost when put in gear, whole car shakes!

Aftermarket brake callipers or restore original ones
Hi all,
Need to fix my front callipers.
Aftermarket are at a reasonable price or is it better to stick to originals just restore them. Restoration kit costs not much less than a new aftermarket callipers... what’s your thoughts and experiences please?

Re: Rough acceleration & smoke
Ok so it was brittle hose end connecting to vacuum reservoir and the head gasket breather was all caked up so replaced it for vortex one and car seem to be preforming better than before than incident 😀
But still at times cold or hot, it shakes when put in gear, not always but often. Ideas? I’ve run ...

Rough acceleration & smoke
Hi all
For over a week now my car suffers with the following symptoms:
Rough acceleration up to 1500rpm
