Two problems with that, it adds to the towed weight and buggers up your caravan!

Re: I am looking for a replacement bung for my X5 Bike Rack
To finish this story, a mate has drawn and printed me a bung!
I know it's white, I need to wait for the printer to have black plastic in it for a black one!
Cheers

I am looking for a replacement bung for my X5 Bike Rack
I have lost one of the bungs that connects the bike rack to the roof rail.
Without it I can't use the rack
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement from?
Cheers

Re: SatNav is lost...
I tried ejecting and reinserting the Nav CD - no use.
Yesterday it righted itself with no intervention!
I guess now I will never get it fixed, until next time...

SatNav is lost...
This first happened a few weeks ago, I was in Stourbridge but the Sat Nav put me in Bromsgrove (about 20 miles away) This then righted itself. Yesterday I went on a round trip to Kent and it showed that I was in The Wash! I am now back in Stourbirdge and the SatNav map shows me in Cambridge. Has ...

Re: Alarm fixed for £10...it drove me bonkers -heres how
The same happened to me, the alarm went off randomly 3 times in one day.
I disconnected the bonnet switch until I could fit a new one, done that today, sorted.
Many thanks for the advice.

Make sure you have run the engine, removed the dip stick, wiped it, re-inserted it in the engine, removed it - before you read it!

Re: Keys Not working
I had an intermittent fault on the key fobs and it took the Dealer 3 weeks to find it under warranty. It was a poor connection / frayed wire in wire to the car lock aerial which is in the rear tailgate window frame. It was worse in the rain and when the tailgate had been opened. viewtopic.php?f=8&t ...

Re: Where can I buy a BMW Accessory Key?
The dealer could get a key for £5.38 + VAT, 3 week delivery.
I got a Thule key from Replacement Keys, £3.95 + £1.75 P&P, delivered next day.
It fits!!!
