Re: E53 Snowflake wheels on E70?
Wont fit straight on as the E53 used smaller hub bore sizes.

Re: E70 X5wheels on X6
Yup the E70 X5 has same centerbores front and rear which match the centrebore of the X6 front hubs but the X6 rears are smaller and require hub rings to fit, usually loads on ebay, I'd recommend the alloy ones that have a small champher flange as this stops the ring falling into the wheel hub ...

Re: New Cup holders for my X6
Hopefully some pics of the rims and tyres fresh from the fitters (tyres still lathered in tyre soap so need a good scrub)

Re: 22
did u use spigot rings on these or are they sized for E53 hubs . Just got a set of 21"s for my X6 but if these were viable I maybe tempted to rethink , note X6 has the the larger E70 size front hub so E53 rims only fit the X6 rear, and won't fit the front if they have the exact E53 hub size machined ...

Where about are you in the NE UK?[/quote]

Re: E53 20" wheels 315 40 20, tyres too wide...
put up the ebay link and we'll try to tell you.
X6 rims in 20" sizes are usually 10" front and 11" rear with the same tyre sizes as the E70 mentioned earlier. Note X6 uses mixed hub sizes front same as E70, rear same as E53 (and most other 5 stud BMWs)

Tyre sizes for Staggered Fit 21" wheels
Just got a set of 21" BMW OEM rims for my x6 (posted here as there may be wider exposure to Q) and was looking to source tyres but the oem front of 285/35x21 seems scarce and a bit steep .

Sorry I was after the rim widths not just the tyre sizes, I'll have a look on ebay to see if they give me a clue.

Luvely wheels. What width are they? and where'd you get them from... Thinking about something similar for my X6.
