Re: E53 FACELIFT STEERING WHEEL TRIM REPLACEMENT

Yes Kris its the large holes, the clips are quite far in & they require a decent amount of force to allow airbag out, i used a T-20 torq screwdriver as it has a large flat surface to push with as opposed to a sharp point on a plain screwdriver. I went for the carbon fibre film wrap on mines http ...

Re: Check brake linings warning, wont go off

Cheers Sanj but the front discs & pads were cleaned up & replaced as they were not worn, so i figured it was the rears that triggered the warning, should the warning just dissapear once the system thinks all is well, or is there need to be plugged into some BMW machine to put the light off???? Both ...

IMHO I think you will have better response if you give an impression of what sort of money you are looking for? I am in the market for a set of wheels, I dont want to offend with an offer that you think is unreasonable.

Le mans blue / black Nappa :hattip: if i had the patience i would have waited longer to find one in the spec i wanted, but i settled for a low milage silver one As for your age, good on you, i respect your choices, I did lots of drinking & other stuff round that age so i had to wait till my 30's to ...

Re: Running boards needing cleaning? Good deal?

I've read other posts on it, and blunt inplements is the way to go i think (not tried it yet) so not to scratch / dig into soft metal, i think lift an edge with a table knife then roll / push grommet to one side to "pop" the oversized under body of the grommet - that's how i read it anyway, home ...
