2010 X5 E70 3.0d - Front Passenger Suspension Height

Spring ok ? Could have lost part of a coil as that sets the height though the top mount can fall apart too if the rubber part separates (not sure if the x5 is that type )but that shouldn't affect the height .
It could also be a result of the rear air suspension level height issues.

2010 E70 X5 3.0d - Power Steering Heavy

Sounds like that will be the only issue , I suppose getting someone to turn the steering wheel while parked as you look in to load the belt would have shown it up straight away , it wasn't showing in the video due to not being under load so wasn't slipping

On some cars 2 mins take the headlight out which makes changing the bulbs a doddle not these though , it should be mandatory because as you say having a bulb you need to have 4 foot long arms and be as flexible as a yoga teacher to fit is a bit of a joke

Pulley and tensioners will not be causing your lack of steering assistance at low speeds Imo , the pump is still turning and the belt isn't slipping , it does however need sorted as one tensioner failure will make cause severe damage too the other bits around it . That is why BMW had a recall on a ...

Thanks you  ,
"Injector to cylinder head cover" should be it 1, 4 then 9nm for M57T2 basically tighten evenly ,I knew it was surprising low , the lines are 23 nm but there is no way of attaching a torque wrench due to the lines being in the way unless you had "crows feet" wrenches but ...

My pas tank was a little low and had been for some time , they do lose a little over a lot of miles ,never made any difference to the steering so id say you have some sort of issue , a failing battery does cause all sorts of wierd issues, a drop in voltage made my autobox hold onto gears when you ...
