I've owned the x5 for 3 months now, looking through the history I can't see any for cv joints but I suspect you're right. The car has just ticked over to 144k.
I'm just working out if I can afford to have it done or do it myself

Hi all, Have a broken x5 (2003 3:0d auto) on the way home I started to get a quite bad wobble on the steering wheel. Thinking it was a puncture I pulled over and checked all the tyres. All good.
