I have Borbet winter wheels on my wife's 1 series.
They are hard to get off - assuming you have taken bolts off and they are stuck on solid?
If so, try rotating the wheel when in jack - if that doesn't work, rubber mallet may be required. It may take some hammering! And then add some copper ...
