Just bought X5. Has full service history but when the previous owner changed the brake fluid and brake pads the indy has not reset the computer. Is this something that I can do? or do I need to go to another indy? BTW the book is stamped and there 's receipt for the job as well. Any thoughts?

I think it is their standard practice to overcharge. I had 3 services from Spire Watford so far and they tried to overcharge me in all 3 occasions. Once pointed out the online prices they said the've forgotten to apply the discount. >:(

Mine had a oil service yesterday and counter was set to 19000 miles. 8000 miles for the rear brake pad change according to the computer though.
