WOO HOOOOO FIXED IT!!!! Turns out it was the DISA valve. right, i fitted a replacement MAF this evening and its not fixed the problem :( so i decided to check again for suction when removing the oil filler cap. There was next to no vacuum. Fault code reader recommendations?
Can anyone recommend a cheap one that is able to reset codes once I’ve noted and rectified the problem?
Also, I don’t mind spending a bit more for a device that would work on several different makes and models. Are they universal, or do I need a different unit or BMW, VAG, etc?
