Suspension arm

Following a failed MOT today i need to replace my front lower suspension arms. Parts seem to be reasonable but I don't know what to expect in terms of labour. The garage have said nearly 3 hours per side but I feel this is excessive. Any ideas on a 2009 35d for both lower arms to be swapped out.
