I am having a detatable fittex to my x5 tomoz and it co. Es with dedicated wiring and prohrammed to ecu which changes the torgue distribution onthe car onceitknows caravan isattached allso i am told it will deactivate tbe rwar sensors. 
Not cheap though 

I see that on mine when washing n polishing under bonnet the other day tbought it was gearbox dipstick.

Glad its engine oil level as i allways like to have a manual look.

All sorted now peeps Had it up on mates lift at mot centre and he noticed one of the from plates behind the disc had the little air intake vent missing and fallen behind between the rest of the plate and disc. Phew expence saved there. Thanks for advice i am sure i will be back for more as my ...
