Just replaced the battery in my spare remote control. Every thing seems to be eorking ok except the navigation system. Its working in reverse. I.e.the arrow isppointing in the wrong direction.  Has anyone got any ideas. ?

Both keys seem to be working ok now except that the satnav background colour is different for each key.

I alternate the use of my remote every couple of months to keep the batteries charged. This morning my spare would not unlock the car door but after using the other remote to get in it started the car engine and now it works ok.has anyone any idea what went wrong. I cannot find anything in the manual.

Having driven some 300 miles in my X1 X18d automatic a  exclamation mark  ! Came up next to the D for drive. D ! Has anyone got an idea what it means.I have not noticed it before or since.

I am considering having my x1x18d ecu re mapped. Is it worth doing, I am more interested in fuel consumption than increased bhp.

I got all of the cars info. It was produced in  November 2012 .and imported to Spain April 2013.

I have recently bought a x1x18d first registered in Spain in 2013 57000 km (35400 miles on the clock. It was previously owned by a Belgium. I have just noticed that it had a new set of tyres fitted in 2014.is there any way that I can find out the year of manufacture.by using the vin number.
