Think I sorted it anyway, I got a 'new' disc player/sat nav module and all looks good cross fingers. Just gotta update to version 4 now wish me luck haha

Hi, Could anyone tell me if a second hand 16.9 screen would need re-coding on fitment please?? Thanks, a previous owner must have lost their key and drilled the locking mechanism out so I didn't have to worry about it.
I can only imagine ever using it either in an emergency or helping somebody out but always useful to have the facility.
