Enjoy whatever you buy next, and don't be a stranger.......I drive a Skoda these days (although I still have the X6).
As to the thanks, it's all part of the service and if I helped in even a small way then that's enough.. :)

Now that I've sold the X5 ( http://xdrivers.co.uk/forum/https://xdrivers.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=44.msg138008#msg138008 ), just a quick 'thank you' to all the people who have helped me on this forum since February, especially X5Sport, whose generosity seems endless.

Take a look on Autotrader. Find other similar cars to yours and price it accordingly. If you believe your car has something that would make it slightly more attractive to a buyer, try adding on a few quid.

I know I've only owned her since March, but I've truly enjoyed every moment. I've spent about £1,000 making her nicer, so I'm selling at a real loss, but I've realised I'm just a sports car person, so I've bought me a BMW M235i :)

Re: ***WANTED*** Facelift E53 X5
I've just put mine up for sale. It's a 2004 facelift, but it's done nearly 100,000 miles, so you may not be interested. Having said that, I think it's a very good car and it's in very good condition.

....What next - Canned laughter ???

Apparently it's already happened - but the BBC deny it. At least one member of the audience tweeted to complain about the canned laughter in the broadcast show, saying that in reality there were 'awkward silences'!

Not wishing to be frivolous, but I prefered it when the title said 'caplipers'. I'm going to start a campaign - Bring Back The Caplipers.

I don't know if you watch Gardeners' World on Fridays, with Monty Don, but there's canned birdsong throughout the entire show, so I reckon canned laughter already exists on TG, in the audience bits. You don't think people actually LAUGH at ...

Re: New top gear
For me, Chris Evans was always going to be a disaster, because I don't warm to him and his showing off. Matt leBlanc was good, I like Sabine Schmitz and I thought the 'spin off' show, Extra Gear, online on BBC3, had potential, with Rory Reid, Chris Harris and Sabine - as long as they stop trying to ...

SOLD - my Nissan 370z (2010)

Well, I've owned the X5 for a couple of months now and decided I can live with it, so my beloved 370z is being advertised for sale. I'm asking for £16,750 , £16,250 .
I'm really only selling her because I need to transport my wife & new granddaughter quite regularly and the Z is a 2-seater ...
