Hi all. I've managed to fit this now. After removing a few screws in the boot to try and remove the entire inside of the boot....realised that the "specialist BMW removal tool" was a standard flat head screw driver carefully placed under one edge. Hi all. My first post so here goes......when you open the boot there are 2 metal looking boot inserts. The right hand one now has the metal cover coming apart from the black plastic base. Ended up getting a 61 plate X3 2.0d Xdrive - M SPORT just over a year ago. Got loads of kit including electric, heated, auto dimming mirrors. But no memory seats. Just manual adjustment.
