Try the rear seat catches and boot lid for starters. Wrap the "D" rings with insulating tape (or anti rattle tape).

I also had this issue with an iPhone6 Some contacts displayed the name, and others the number. The problem was caused by hsving "iPhone" as the field name/descriptor for the mobile number. Once they were changed to "mobile" everything was fine. Presumably it's one of those little BMW/Apple software ...
