Hi guys need a bit of advice on my wife's x3 2.0d,the car will not start on the first turn of the key but starts and ticks over a bit lumpy on the second attempt so i put my scanner on it and it came up with 3 glow plugs down even though the glowplug light goe's straight out and a maf sensor fault ...

what is the widest 18'' tyre that will fit on a e83 as i have a set of x5 alloys with 18x255x50  tyres that need  changing to fit with no rubbing or throwing the speedo out i was thinking of 245x50 anybody know if this size tyre will be ok.

I was also thinking about doing this on the wife's e83 with eilbach springs just dropping it an inch to help with the ride so it would not be as crashy on the road because i run them on my z4 and the ride is a lot better than with the standard springs.

Hi guys,whats the best tuning box to use on the 2.0d to give it a bit more poke and help get over the slight hesitation/judder i get one coming off the gas then back on.

Its funny you should post this up as i did mine on sunday and i also dropped one of the egr bolts into the engine bay then spent over an hour trying to find it with no joy so i put a stainless hex head bolt same length and thread as the original with plenty of copper grease on and finished off the ...

I am not surprise they are still for sale at that price ::)

Love to own a z3m coupe one of my favourite cars of all time,i had a z3 which was a cracking little car i now have a z4 3.0 manual and the wife has a e83 x3 2.0d but i would sell them both for the  z3mcoupe.
