I'm getting a tappy rattly metallic kind of noise when accelerating its always been there but it's starting to bother me as to whether this is normal or not?

Anyone have any ideas?

I had to delay the MOT as i didnt get the bushes done quick enough

She was booked in for tomorrow but now the window has dropped and wont go back up so i dont know i think my X5 hates me

I finally got the voltage info from the cluster

So just on ignition it was 12.1 fluctuating up and down give or take .1 or .2 then running it was going up and down from 13.2-13.5

and thank for the explanation, i guess I'm needing a new battery before it dies on me somewhere inconvenient.

I'm trying to find an induction kit that will fit the X5 but I just had a thought and I'm away from the X5 so was wondering if anyone knew the diameter of the hose that goes into the air box so i could try and find a suitable induction kit

What is AGM i've seen some batteries listed as this?

Is there anything specifically i need to be looking for on a replacement battery?

I don't think ive ever had to replace a battery on a car
