Re: Boost pressure

555bhp as standard,610 after the map. The boost pressure is turned up which is why I'm asking what the standard boost is. I will ring the mapper on monday.

Timing chain tensioners

Hi all, I'm getting a tapping noise on startup and have been pointed in the direction of the main timing chain tensioners. Could anyone tell me if this advise is sounding about right and are the tensioners just a straight swap for a new replacement part? Cheers.

Inconsistent running

My 4.8 e53 runs great then it lacks power and the exhaust note changes.its as if something is not opening.I had the valvetronics tested and AllsĀ  good. No fault codes. It clears itself after a few days and all is good again. Could it be a faulty Vanos solenoid? Cheers.
