Re: Aftermarket Sat-Nav

You should be able to use the following from BMW
https://www.bmw.co.uk/en_GB/topics/discover-bmw/accessories/accessoryDetail.accessoryId=10617.html

It's not quite the same as the original Business Navigation, but it does use your original screen and updates the menu so you select SatNav in the ...

No Cradle for SnapIn Adaptors

Just pick up my new (Nov 2014) X3 2.0d SE facelift version, and I was surprised to find out that there was no cradle in the centre arm rest to plug in my SnapIn Adaptor.

The car comes with the following options in terms of navigation:

S609 Professional Navigation
S6AE Teleservices
S6AK Connected ...

Re: BMW E70 40D SE with extras potentially for sale

OK - so now found a replacement car, which means that I'm going to be trading in this vehicle unless sold privately.

Dropped the price to £17,500 in case anybody is interested. (£500 more than I've been offered for trade in, but of course the stealer won't be getting the removable extras listed ...

Re: SOLD**BMW X5 40d for sale £20500 Ono high spec**SOLD

What a great idea, enjoying some classic 6 cylinder BMW at low cost. Still got a 2.5 X3 2004 2 years after buying it as a stop gap!

I don't hint that cars of pre 4 cylinder and low cost finance where made to a different standard. If you couldn't afford a BMW (other German marques are available as ...

Re: Higher mileage E83.... Sensible buy or economical suicide.....???

Had several E83's so here's my experience:

2005 2.0d Sport - great car, until I started to have sludge, and then DPF issues, got to the point where it had to go - and it wasn't in my ownership of 40,000 miles that they reckon the issue was done, but in it's early life of short journeys (never drove ...

Re: Aux Heater Anyone?

The Aux Heater has been a factory fit option since about 2013 costs about £1100, prior to that it was listed in the F25 Accessory Brochure - but without part number or price.

I have this option fitted to my X5 and it's brilliant, especially when you've got a 3.30am start to the airport and you can ...
