I agree, while we dont understands the reasons behind why the site has not come back or tech issues, the forum has a great resource of members with the skills to provide assistance from a tech point of view. I have got a C350e on order, was due end of August ish.. then Sept and now December, ordered in March

280 bhp.. 5.9 seconds to 60 with a low BIK is the main reason for the move!
