How different might other similar car headrests be? I mean is it worth checking the size of 5 and 7 series headrests to see if they might fit then expand your search. Provided same leather finish who is going to know?

That looks great. My wife's rear bumper has a dimple  and some scratches where a previous owner has reversed into something so I think Ill get some of this to have a go.  Thanks! 

If it's any help I've replaced mine on my F10, was fairly easy once I had prised up the trim piece.
Just a few hex bolts, taking care not to drop anything down into the centre console.

That is one of the sources I've seen which suggests 135cm bars, but others are stating 127cm.
Will keep looking but if anyone has any, I'd be grateful to know what you have.
