I've just posted on another thread about my situation with a 3rd party warranty. I'd definitely extend for peace of mind, especially at 56k miles. I would think carefully about buying 3rd party as I got burnt.

Good to know, I suppose I made the right choice!!!

Thanks for that. Have been looking tonight and managed to see the update on the BMW site. I have downloaded it ready onto a stick, looks pretty straight forward. Just need the car now which I don't pick up until the 20th Feb. Have you only just bought your E70?

BMW Extended Warranty...Should I bother
Hey guys,
Manufacturer's warranty expires this month and BMW has quoted previous owner 1267 per annum for extended warranty.
Car has no issues however you never know what the future holds.
So what has been your experience with Extended, is it worth? Price about right? Feb 2012 model
Thanks guys

Hi Mate,
S6NFA is related to connecting your phone to the car, if you look in the middle console storage, you will see a cradle where you can connect your phone, you mentioned you have an iPhone 6 (like me) AFAIK BMW has not made one for the iPhone 6 (too big?). Connecting it there allows you to ...

I will be getting 467M ones, I think they look great. I felt in love with the 239 Style ones, however these are so hard to find!!!
