The Woodham one has only failed MOT's on windscreen / tyres / gaiter (v common from experience !) and brake pads, so consumables. The optimist says its a good one the pesimist says its holding on to all the major stuff going wrong for the next owner !

Hi all, Bit of history on this but a few weeks ago my 4.4 developed a loud rattle from the engine, out of the blue. My mechanic came out and quickly diagnosed timing chain guide rails failed. Rang around a few specialists and they pretty much said the same thing based on the noise and not opening ...

Tape player now sold - so I have the headlights just left.

Sure there are way more expensive ones out there - but no need to spend a small fortune on something that blows.

Reluctantly selling my 2003 E53 X5 (pre-facelift) 4.4 after 2 years ownership, and these bits are not being sold with the car and are up for sale. Tail lights all come with bulbs which I think all work fine (I changed them over a year ago and so cannot 100% guarantee - I think all the bulbs are ok ...

Wow £5.5 k !! now i'm really worried ! I have to weigh up what the car is worth compared to how much this will all cost. Its a 2003 4.4i Sport with 120k on the clock.
