Mines a 2003 e53 and deffo doesn't do that so perhaps your bulbs are failing the testing bit ?

I have watched mine at dusk after first changing the bulbs and it only happend on start up, I watched for a good while as was concerned for when driving at night, just on start up?

Hi there, no, no vat on top.
I couldnt find anybody else unless i spent 4 hours in the car, even the newer price is good value for the parts, 4 hours and finished affect i think (the £329.00 not the £499.00 something wrong with this price).
