Re: which one would you opt for

V8 mate. Petrol is cheaper, my 4.6 will do 25mpg driving really steady 20mpg just normal driving (if that is an issue). All the toys, better styling, the noise and its a V8!! You can get lower mileage ones for similar price to the blue one. Mines done 83K and I'll be putting it up for 7,500  ;)

Re: Rear parking sensor covers

Yup, if you have the V8 with twin pipes it is a bit of a fiddle though. But it is much easier to fit them than remove although it's no easy feat  :(

Re: parking sensor fault

Had a similar problem, although mine were all clicking. Turned out 2 were gone! Had to try them out 2 at a time until the beeping stopped. Would've gone up to 3/4 at a time if I'd had to

If I get the message and turn the ignition off and back on the message remains. If I start the car and then switch it off and back on again all ...

Battery change now fault lights.

Hi all, just changed out my battery for a Bosch silver as I was getting the trans failsafe message in the mornings. All went well until I switched the car on. I've got brake, abs and traction lights all lit up on dash. Something I've done? Is there a way to reset without plugging it in? Currently ...

Re: Why didn't I buy a BMW earlier!!

Sorry about the naff pic! Will do better when I get a chance! Hope it works doing it off my phone! http://i44.tinypic.com/2cicwsj.jpg Got a parking sensor issue at present, constant beep from rear so ordered a couple of replacements to try. All clicking away but I suspect one is faulty. And the ...
