Re: Porsche Boxster to X5
Thanks all, I have some updates on my research :) Now, obviously a Boxster and an X5 are very different but I was wondering if anybody else made this switch? Any observations? A few people have said they love the X5 as much as the Boxster which is great as it means the switch wont be a disapointment ...

Re: Porsche Boxster to X5
Hi guys Hmm, I see your point. with the 4.8is its Group 20 not 19 but that's all the additional cost difference I could find. According to Parkers its the same tax band as the Boxster (£245 a year) and the 4.4, 4.6 and 4.8 all list roughly the same MPG (give or take 1mpg). To be honest, terrorizing ...

Re: Porsche Boxster to X5
Heya Sanj
Thanks for replying. I have just read that guide you mention! Its brilliant and now im re-thinking if the MPG + Insurance group saving on the 3.0 Diesel is that far from a 4.4i V8 over a few years. Anyway, half the fun is all this research
Cheers

Porsche Boxster to X5
Hi all I am currently looking around for something different and to provide a little more traction in the winter months compared to my Boxster and hopefully a little less yearly running costs. I also like the idea of a higher seating position for a change and something I can go on long driving trips ...
