Long shot - but have you still got these?

I have the black plastic smooth rear bumper. I want to replace it with a later version with the Sport Grill (M type) which I beleive are Fibre Glass and not plastic and can therefore be painted. Is this possible or are the bumpers not universal / interchangeable between earlier and later E70 models ...
