the spares are 17" so may be cheaper to buy 4 individual spares off ebay?

Got a few days off over the coming weekend and am looking to clean up and 'de-orange' my headlights.

I have seen a number of posts that the pre 2002 headlights can be parted using a heat source. My question is what is the best way to re-seal them? Do I use a heat source again and just keep to the ...

I realise this is a very old topic, has there been any advance/improvements on a map for the 3.0i?

If Jason is around, what modifications would you recommend to improve the performance/mpg?

Can anyone provide instructions on how to turn off the 'Tyre Control Inactive' message using a BMW 1.4.0 scanner?

I've read it can be done but can't find any instructions on how to do it :s

I believe my final stage resistor needs replacing as the heater blowers do not work :(

I have read the how to's and see it is a relatively simple job. However, every single person who has done the replacement says it is very diddly and that small hands are required :s

Since I bought the x5 I've had the slight annoyance that the glove box has been broken and would not open regardless of whether or not the lock was open. I could live with this as I just didn't use the glove box. Simple enough fix as I'm sure you'll agree! Well so I thought until last week when a ...
