4.6is...60.000miles

when starting up from cold i get a rattling from the engine for a few seconds then it slowely quitens down...the longer i leave it the more rattle...i left it over the weekend and came to start it yeaserday and it was like a tank...only seeming to fire on 4/5 cylinders as ...

Discontact battery for 20 mins......i had same prob with my radio system all the left hand side Died....re connected after 20 mins all came back working perfect.....

i had probs with my keys the same and rang the main dealer..they said there were no batterys in the key fobs and that the brain inside was charged by the ignition...the brain has 2 parts...one runs the button to open everything , the other runs the key end which mobilises the engine and starts the ...

i have 4.6is and a 993 cab...totally different but both put pressure on my zip for simalar reasons!!!!!

little while ago i noticed that first thing in the morning when i kicked my 4.6 up i had a rattling from the front of the engine..this rattle disapeared within 5/6 seconds and when warm and started you couldd not hear it..as if once the oil was all over everything it went.....

my name is Lee ...drummerboy because thats my trade..

i have a 2003 4.6is in estoril with black...fully loaded as they all are..
its got 191k on the clock and i have had it since 19k so its all my own fault!!!!!!
its taken me to every petrol station in the uk and back again without major ...

at 190k miles my 4.6 has always had Diamaris on the back and loved it..each set would give me 40 plus k of wear without fault....

at this millage i seem to no longer want to spend 600 quid on another set...

has anyone used the cheaper tyres??

mines 190k and runs like a dream.....i have had it since 20k mind and is fully stamped by main and indy dealer......had the usual re alienment on the back done as it scrubed the inner walls of the back tyres out but apart from that its a perfect 4.6is...good luck

Seem to have lost power to my radio/music...the rest of the screen is cool with sat nav/ tv/computer fine...just the left hand side is dead..no orange power light on...non of the the left hand buttons functioning...when i look on the select screen i have lost my dynamic ...
