Re: Tyre advice

[quote="X5Sport"] I have the same tyres as my Winter set and I believe they don't start to deteriorate until the average temperatures are above 20C - so given what this (eastern side) of the country has been like they'd be OK. If it warms up then either limit your mileage or your speed so you don't ...

Tyre advice

Hi guys right simple question are there any safety reasons why you shouldn't use winter tyres in the summer? Specifically perelli scorpion ice and snow. Now for the long reason why. I have only a small amount of life left in my current summer set (19"sport staggered) and 4/5 mm on my newly acquired ...

Re: Sun is out so took some pics of the cars on the forest

I do miss our s1 Elise just felt so much more part of the car than the slk we have now, would love an sc exage. sounds like its not quite standard either, never managed anything more than a decat and Larini exhaust on the s1 although sounded pretty good for a 12 year old rover 4 pot. 8)

Hi I have just had mine done. Limo black everything behind the b pillar, guy who did it said due to all x5's (e53) having tinted glass (green) anything he put on the fronts would make it over the limit. Having the rear done makes the front look a bit darker anyway, mins black anyway so kind of ...
