All sorted in minutes, they apologised profusely and our good relationship has been maintained. :)

Thanks guys, the missus is spitting feathers but I've pretty much made up my mind to delay the trip until it's sorted. I was hoping to beat the A14/ M1 traffic by leaving early and be in Matlock by 9am but it looks like it's going to be one of those journeys......still, better safe than sorry ...

I had 2 Hankook Ventus ST106s (which are directional) fitted to the front of my X5 this afternoon. I rushed to pick it up as they were closing and having got home I've just noticed that one of the tyres is reversed so the rotation arrow is pointing in the wrong direction.
