Re: BMW Dealership Transforms X5 Into a truck

From your pic the loadbay looks a bit short to be really useful but the link doesn't work so I cannot see the other pics to get a better angle.

Re: Help please - directional tyre reversed

All sorted in minutes, they apologised profusely and our good relationship has been maintained. :)

The Hankooks feel much better than the worn Duellers they replaced, though that is probably being helped by the full pro-align tracking etc that has been done. The pro-align guy gave me the printout ...

Re: Help please - directional tyre reversed

Thanks guys, the missus is spitting feathers but I've pretty much made up my mind to delay the trip until it's sorted. I was hoping to beat the A14/ M1 traffic by leaving early and be in Matlock by 9am but it looks like it's going to be one of those journeys......still, better safe than sorry ...

Help please - directional tyre reversed

I had 2 Hankook Ventus ST106s (which are directional) fitted to the front of my X5 this afternoon. I rushed to pick it up as they were closing and having got home I've just noticed that one of the tyres is reversed so the rotation arrow is pointing in the wrong direction. I obviously want to get it ...

Intermittent/auto wiper problem

X5 2006 3.0d Sport Auto
I've got a bit of a strange problem when the wipers are set to the intermittent/auto wiper setting (position 1).

The auto/intermittent wiper setting works fine if I turn it on when I'm driving. However, if I stop and turn the engine off, when I start the engine again with ...
