Re: Which tyres ?
No, I was thinking of changing all of them. but I read somewhere that it will be okay to drive with rear Rf and front non RF. What seems to be no okay is to mix the same axle front or rears.
But to be in the safe, I will change change all of them.

Which tyres ?
Hi all, It's time to change my front tyres. I'm thinking of changing the whole set to no RF. The rear RF still got around 4mm but the front below 2.5 mm. From what I read, the Michelin Latitude Sport 3 are a good candidate. any other recommendations? I drive a X5 40D M Sport, tyre size: front: 255 ...

Re: E70 40d M sport bumper unclipped?
I also bought it from non local dealer and the car will be repaired by my local bmw dealer. The dealer I bought it from is covering the cost.
I just hope this repair kit is worth it.

I took it to the dealer and to my surprise they said that I will need a new bumper as the tags clips were damaged because i got hit from behind. but that was impossible because ...

X5 40D M sport engine fan
Hi all,
I noticed that sometimes after a journey of 15 miles the engine fan keeps going when I park and stop the car.
Should I be worried, or is this normal ?
No warning lights. is there a way of checking the engine temperature?
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone! great forum and very informative Just bought a 2010 X5 40d M sport 7 seater. Overall, very happy with the car but a bit disappointed about the MPG figures as I'm averaging 27 mpg mix driving. I can't remap as yet as I believe this will void my the BMW dealer warranty. I'm well aware ...
