Re: Anyone got an Andrive Headunit for their X5??

The fm reception seems to be poor on all oe lookalike units eg hualingan, dynavin etc. looks very impressive but for top money would expect top performance in every area. Be good to hear detailed review once you got the hang of it and also from pro x once he has his installed. Early days but think ...

Re: X5 3.0d manual are they any good

If you had the 330d manual the x5 will feel no different, I had the 330d 184bhp manual then went to focus ST but really liked the 6 cylinder diesel unit and like you never really fancied an auto, so now got 3.0d manual x5 sport on 55plate, 1st gear is a little short but I am comparing it to my old ...

Re: Non OEM Double Din Units

The Dynavin unit does look more standard which I think is good but it's a lot of money, I was looking at the Sony 601bt? In halfords for 300 but because the hole in the dash would be so big and a bezel would have to be put in which I think will not look so good. Think I am in same boat as OP

Re: 4th gen Hualingan feedback

Hi Don, I have no pics of my car as yet but as soon as I do I will upload them, ubatoid, thanks for the honest reply, I do think even the 4th gen unit would be a bit hit and miss and I have also read good reports on the satnav but I don't use satnav much. It was mainly for bluetooth and to have ...

4th gen Hualingan feedback

Hi all and Happy New Year! I know this has been mentioned several times but are there many guys that have bought the 4th gen Hualingan? If so are you happy with it? Where from? So far I have been contemplating getting one from Icebox autos on eBay or carvision, as they both appear to be good in ...
