As title suggests, I had updated the version in mine and retained the original which I no longer need.

Re: Advice on the value of my X5
Bigshout - thanks for coming back to me. I was thinking around the £15k mark after checking Pistonheads/Autorader etc but wasn't sure if they were actually selling at that or not. Thinking the recent cold snap should have helped sustain values

Re: Advice on the value of my X5
I don't want to extend the warranty and the missus has just been giving a very practical company car free of charge so we don't need 3 cars. I'f I lose the X5 I'm up to the tune of over £400 PCM when you consider tax, insurance, finance remaining etc. I understand your point but my circumstances d ...

Advice on the value of my X5
Hi all, My warranty is coming to an end shortly and I'm thinking of selling my X5 and using my Aston as my daily runner. Although, I will be looking at picking up another 4x4 in September to see me through the winter months, an E53 X5 will be very near the top of my list too! So mine is as follows ...

Re: x5 hates the cold
The door not closing issue is causing me some problems!!! I'm having to pull it shut and then press the lock down, drive for about 20 mins and it seems to be ok and will actually close, nightmare.
In terms of driving though, wow - capable vehicle. DSC off, lots of 4WD drift fun!!!

Fitting a breather cannister 3.0D
Has anyone fitted a breather to a deisel. Part has come today, couple of seals and two black plastic items. I believe acess is via the air filter housing. I may take it to an Indy unless it's an easy job.
Any advice appreciated, thanks

Re: Webasto heater diesel info needed yes or no

I have the remote so not familiar with maplin fix but have heard others using it. Sure someone will fill in the blanks ...

Auc Heating - Help?!?!?
I have auxiliary heating function on my 54 X5 that comes with the keyfob with the on and off buttons. Given the recent drop off in outside temperatures I have started to play with it in an effort to get it working. I was under the impression that I could wake up in the morning and 15/20 minutes ...
