If I remember rightly, there is only 1 small screw/bolt holding the external handle to the carrier. After removing the door lock, pull open the handle and you will see a small nut. I paid £75 for a new carrier and did the work myself.
Really isnt that difficult, only took a couple of hours.

I did a bit of a search on google and the common culprit is somebody using a wireless video/av sender nearby.

I have similar problems outside my house. Its completely random but there is something that interferes with the signal. I know this is the case because it effects everyone else on my road whos remotes work on 433mhz frequency. See if any of your neighbours are having similar problems. Or try driving ...

That is strange.
I would suggest an air lock, but you've bleed the system.
Have you got any hardware to check the fault codes?
