Easiest way i find is to look at the front indicators first as, unless they've been changed, they're orange pre facelift and white after.

Hi does anybody know if the BMW roof bars for an E53 will fit an E70? I'm sure that you can adjust them slightly lengthwise and am assuming that the roof rails are the same profile.
While we are on it, i dont suppose anybody knows if the fabric dog guard/luggage net fits an E70 either?

Regarding the blue smoke on start up I asked that on here before and was told that it's down to the electronics over fuelling on purpose at start up, and is perfectly normal.
Edit- thinking about it I have reread the comment and mine was just a puff of smoke on start up not 2-3secs.
