Re: check brake linings message but...........
In the end I just ordered some new pads and sensor from ECP. With the 31% off I got it all for £37 . Took it round to my friends garage and fitted them myself in a few hours. Job done well until the bike ones need doing.

Re: MARRELLI LPG system
The place were I'm one about is in bury. If you go through Haywood and just b4 you get to the motorway there is a calorgas place on the right just after crown oil. I haven't been there yet, the buy 10 and get one free is what somebody told me so not to sure if it's true.

Re: "optimistic" mpg
I bought my v8 about a month ago, and I get 15.5 mpg. I don't drive the x5 a lot it's the wife's and she only does around town drivin. The drive and the sound makes up for the mpg.

Re: MARRELLI LPG system
I don't think the place in Leeds uses marrlli systems. The marrlli system was something that iv seen other people selling. This is the web site for Leeds lpg, http://www.leedslpg.co.uk/?gclid=CMfe8_ ... tAod7i7xug.
I will let you know what they say when iv rung them over the next few days.

Re: MARRELLI LPG system
Thanks for all the info dougie. I'm going to give them a ring in the next few days. Just need to do the rocker cover gasket first.
So do you just fill it up in the same place as you put the petrol in? Do you have to put a extra addaptor in as thats what it looks like in the pic's.
