Any special kind of tool required to remove the belts or is it just sockets..

Hello. Today i noticed blue smoke billowing out the back end when i was setting off from the lights after idleing for a few minutes, this happened the other month so i changed my ccv's. The cars fine when it's going along and when i put my foot down there's no smoke. I'm hoping it's not stem seals ...
