Hi I've tried everything I know. Dpf shows all lines like it needs resetting but when I go into it and reset it nothing happens.
Tried resetting it on CBS no result only thing I can think it is is delivery inspection flag.
I've an autel diagnostic scanner and its showing nothing also used a snap on ...

ive tried that and smell still comes back after a bit

Does any one have any ideas what the smell id that comes through centre vents now and again .musty odour ive changed the pollen filters etc any help please

Go into the menu vehicle settings and youll find the service data on the computer, when you go to the dealers they plug your key into a device and they tell you what you need to have done, thats how they have done mine even down to the cabin filter being changed

Hi I use one called a boot buddy which they make a custom fit one for the x5 E70 model fits lovely.

I use one of these and made my own jack plug out of hard plastic easily lifts up an X5 E70

same here took me a couple of minutes to change mine

I use a custom liner by boot buddy specific for an X5 E70,fit is fantastic and looks good.

loads of posts on here about this just look at 20 inch alloys replaced under warranty

my x5 went in today and checked ,dealer found play so have kept car until parts arrive, seems safer to do this in case it fails.

I was fortunate enough to get to test drive all variants,if your budget allows,go for the 40d with the 8 speed box its a far better car and much improved.
The 40d is cheaper to tax and more economical ,the performance is fantastic.
hope this helps,if not go for a later single turbo 30d.
