BUMP
Car now has 12 months MOT, 12 months road tax, just had it's brake fluid serviced, new glowplugs, new drivers side wing-mirror (stopped demisting) and small oil leak corrected all by Blue Bell BMW, Wilmslow (getting the car back today so it's literally all just been done).

Re: Rev counter :(
I'd be fuming. Where did you buy it from, surely you can take it back to them to sort out (or at least contribute towards)??? The only thing I can think of is a breakers yard; if it's not urgent then perhaps you could put the feelers out to see if there are any knocking around. ...or eBay... http ...

Re: Buying Advice
Oh, strange, I'm on my iPhone so will struggle to give you a link, but mine is for sale (if not too late), search E90post's UK Classifieds section, you should quickly see my advert. Sorry if this is slightly against forum rules but I did try to email you personally.

Re: Buying Advice
The multi-changer is in the armrest. The armrest splits into two, a top section (where the bluetooth is) and another larger section under that which houses the CD changer. There are two seperate latches next to each other to open the different parts. Not sure how the bluetooth works - never actually ...
